As a professional Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
我叫Jia,本人从事健美训练已有2年之多。 在澳洲积累了很多训练与授课经验。感受到了好多人对于健身的渴望,也感触到大家对健身的迷茫。我的职责不光是告诉你如何正确使用器械,哑铃等等。更重要的是让你的训练安全、有效率,让你知道什么样的训练方法适合你,还要尽可能提高你的训练兴趣。对于那些确实由于上学或工作忙,无法抽出很多时间在健身房的朋友,我都会根据每个人的需求,制定不同的训练计划。不管您能抽出多少时间来训练,我都会让你在有限的时间内,以高效率完成每次的训练。

我是一名私人健身教練, 熱愛健身運動, 追求完美體型是我的目標, 平時的工作亦是幫助別人達到理想身型。我會根據不同學員的身體情況,設計不同的訓練方式, 因為男, 女, 肌肉型, 肥胖型, 瘦削型等等相當不同, 而且不同健身人士的健身目標也不相同, 所以要令每個學員的訓練也可以切合到個人需要, 例如有些會練重量為主, 有些會用circuit training的方式去消脂和增加線條等等。
